All fee's are payable at the time of the appointment. We accept all cards and cash. Card use incurs a surcharge.

There is a one-off New Patient Fee for all patients over the age of 16yrs.

 

Patients with a Medicare Card

Those with a Medicare Card can claim back the Medicare Bulk Bill item only and all subsequent appointments will be Bulk Billed.

All New Patients (Item 36 Level C 20-39mins) - $125.00

We do not charge patients under 16yrs​

Overseas Students (existing) - $55.00

Before 8am - $65.00

Our clinic charges a $15 Out of Pocket for all appointments after 5pm.

We do not charge patients under 16yrs,

Patient Not Attended for 2yrs + Appointment - $85.00

~If patients haven’t been seen in the last 24mths they are required to pay an administration cost which they can claim the Medicare rebate.

Telephone Appointment - $55.00

~If patients haven’t been seen face to face in the last 12mths they can opt to pay a non-rebatable fee.

 

Procedure Appointments - from $110.00*

*Procedure fees are from $110.00 upward depending on the procedure.

 

Failure to Attend - $35.00

Patients who fail to attend or notify the clinic within 2hrs of their appointment are required to pay before being seen again.

 

Health Insurance can be claimed back with your payment receipt. We are unable to claim this for you at the appointment.
