Bulk Billing Changes
On the 1st of November our clinic will be Bulk Billing many of the appointments that previously had fee's for Medicare patients. This means more access to appointments for everyone.

Fee's will still apply to patients who do not have Medicare, administration requests such as repeat referrals and Did Not Attend Fee's.
​

Tuesday: 10:30am - 5:00pm (alternative 9:30am)
Wednesday: 10:30am - 6:00pm (phones from 9am)
Thursday: 10:30am - 6:00pm (phones from 9am)
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
We are CLOSED weekends and public holidays.

Free parking is at the rear of the shopping centre.

Our Fees
We are a primarily bulk billing clinic. The majority of our appointments are bulk billed for eligible Medicare patients. Our clinic charges the below fee's.

All fee's are payable at the time of the appointment. We accept all cards and cash. Card use incurs a surcharge.

Standard Appointments for Patients without a Medicare Card:
New Overseas Students - $85.00
Overseas Students (existing) - $55.00
Before 8am - $65.00
~Patients must show their current student status & ID.

New Overseas Visitors - $85.00
Overseas Visitors (existing) - $75.00
Before 8am - $85.00
​​Referral Letter Copies - $40.00
To reproduce Referral letters that have already been sent to the Specialist or handed to patients incur a non-rebatable fee.

Telephone Appointment - $65.00
Patients who haven’t been seen face to face in the last 12mths can opt to pay a non-rebatable fee for a phone appointment.
​
Failure to Attend - $50.00
Patients who fail to attend or notify the clinic within 2hrs of their appointment are required to pay before being seen again.
Health Insurance can be claimed back with your payment receipt. We are unable to claim this for you at the appointment.
We use Hotdoc so that you can book an appointment online,
any time of the day or night. We also use Hotdoc to send
health reminders and appointment confirmations.
